Composite Manufacturing

With over 55 years in the business of composite moulding, we can tailor design a production method that suits your product. Our systems range from Closed Bag Moulding, Lightweight RTM, Hand Laminating and Gun Laminating.

Vacuum Thermoforming

Offering a cheap alternative to high-end injection moulding, thermoforming tools are relatively inexpensive. At Bolwell, we specialise in vacuum forming, compression heat forming, plastic bending and drape forming of thermoplastic sheet.

Design and Engineering

We add breakthrough concepts, technologies and manufacturing processes to deliver you a superior product. Our design skills range from product design, tooling, jigs and fixtures, production Poka-yoke and we can even create an individualised Quality Control Plan for you.

Thailand Manufacturing
