Vaughan Bolwell

General Manager

Vaughan has been with the company for 25 years and worked in all facets of the business, improving them along the way. With a Masters of Design (Industrial Design), Vaughan is product focused and often involved in developing the right solution for the customer. Vaughan’s portfolio of design work ranges from heavy truck bodies, military vehicles, medical products and recreational vehicles, some of which have achieved international acclaim (Bolwell EDGE). Vaughan is supported by the great efforts of the Bolwell Management Team.

Campbell Bolwell

Chairman and Founder

Campbell is ‘the man with the dream’ which has made him the expert in the practical transformation of design ideas to commercialization. He is the author of ‘Designer, Creator, Manager – an Entrepreneur’s Guide to Successful Product Development’ which is now recommended reading for many tertiary design students.

Linley Hughes

Director

Linley has been with Bolwell since the early days of the Bolwell Cars. Linley’s strength lies in his ability to commercialise great ideas and his practical management experience ensures business plans are executed efficiently. Linley has an impeccable record in manufacturing and is responsible for Bolwell’s centrepiece operation in Thailand.
