Often, we’ll develop products for customers and what is often neglected can be the interaction of that product with the customer’s assembly team.
We are very big on integrating even our customer’s assembly team in the design process as well. We like to hear feedback from those users who are assembling these products in the field, possibly, or in the workshop. We like to know from them, if we can change the design in some small way, how this may impact on you.
It’s very important to get that right from the start and much easier to develop that at the ideation and concept development phase.
